Turn a lost parcel into a repeat customer.

Offer optional protection at checkout and keep part of every protection fee. When a parcel is lost, damaged or stolen, our support team settles the claim, and your shopper buys again.

Set it up once. We handle the claims.

You add one line to checkout. Shoppers decide. We take the delivery problems.

  1. Connect your store.

Install the plugin for your platform or call the API. The protection line appears once, just above Place order.

  2. Shoppers choose.

Protection starts off. A shopper who wants it turns it on, for 3.5% of the order with a 99¢ minimum.

  3. We settle claims.

Lost, damaged or stolen? The shopper files with us, and our support team resolves it with store credit first, then a replacement, and a refund only if neither works.

  • Off by default, on every store.
  • Covers every item in the order that ships. Digital items are not covered.
  • When it is off, the checkout says only No protection added.

What goes wrong. How we make it right.

Every protected order is covered for the three things that ruin a delivery. The fix is built to bring the shopper back.

  • Lost.
  • Damaged.
  • Stolen.

Eligibility, exclusions, claim windows and limits are set out in the protection terms that come with each order. Original shipping is not refunded.

  • Store credit First choice

Issued at your store, and the codes never expire. The shopper has a reason to come back.

  • Replacement Next

A new one, shipped by your warehouse or fulfillment partner. Post Coverage pays the shipping.

  • Refund, if all else fails

If credit and a replacement can’t put it right, the shopper gets their money back.

Our support team reviews every claim. Some are declined, and when that happens we say why.

What your store gets.

Part of every fee, fewer support tickets, and customers who come back.

Earn on every protected order.

You keep part of every protection fee. Shoppers pay it, so it costs your store nothing.

Store credit comes first and never expires, so a bad delivery can end with a second order instead of a refund request.

Only what a claim needs.

Your store sends order references, amounts, and product names and SKUs so we can match a claim to what was bought. Never shopper names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses or payment details.

What does protection cost my shoppers?

3.5% of the order, with a 99¢ minimum. It is the shopper’s choice: protection is off until they turn it on, and when it is off the checkout says only “No protection added.”

Can I switch protection on by default?

No. Every order starts unprotected, and no store setting pre-selects it.

Who handles the claims?

Our support team. Each claim ends in store credit first, then a replacement (we pay its shipping), or a refund if neither works. Or it is declined, with the reason explained.

How do I earn from it?

You keep part of every protection fee your shoppers pay. Your agreement sets the figure.

Which platforms can I connect?

Shopify stores are supported, and our Shopify app is in development. WooCommerce and Medusa have plugins today, and the Node and PHP libraries and the REST API cover custom stores.

Does store credit expire?

No. Credit codes never expire.

What order data does my store send?

Your store sends order references, amounts, and product names and SKUs so we can match a claim to what was bought. Never shopper names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses or payment details.

What does a shopper need to file a claim?

The private claim link from their order, or their order reference and access code.

Is Post Coverage live?

Not yet. This website is a preview while we finish setting up, and live coverage is not active.
