Clear expectations. From the start.
Post Coverage is currently a sandbox product for business onboarding and delivery protection integration testing.
No live insurance or coverage is issued
Creating an account, submitting a test order, viewing the checkout preview, or reporting a sandbox delivery issue does not create an insurance policy or a promise of reimbursement. Sample prices and amounts are illustrations. No premium or membership payment is collected by this release.
Bank setup and payment instructions
Saving bank details does not verify an account, authorize a debit, initiate a payout, or activate coverage. Shared ACH instructions let reviewed clients arrange payment through their own bank against an actual invoice. Automatic processing and payment reconciliation are not available in this release.
Approved agreements come first
Any live product will require an approved merchant agreement and the appropriate product, underwriting, licensing, territory, and compliance decisions. The agreement will define eligibility, exclusions, limits, pricing, claim windows, recurring-purchase rules, and settlement obligations. Draft documents cannot be accepted.
Recurring purchases and purchase frequency
The platform records whether a purchase is one-time or recurring. The final commercial model for purchase-frequency protection has not yet been activated. Subscription coverage, automatic renewals, frequency-based pricing, and underwriting are not offered by this sandbox.
Claims and replacements
A delivery issue report does not by itself authorize a refund, replacement, or store credit. The Post Coverage support team decides each claim. A replacement is shipped by the store’s warehouse or fulfillment partner, not by Post Coverage.
Sandbox use
Use synthetic records only. Keep API keys on your server, use your own account, and do not submit real customer names, contact details, addresses, or payment details. Reach out to your Post Coverage account representative before connecting production order data.
